The storm is about to come for poker players in Melbourne at the Crown Casino in Australia for the Aussie Millions is now set to draw more and more poker players to join the tournaments. Poker’s popularity has continued to increase that poker players are getting ready to join the championship event.

Aussie Millions made its debut at the Crown as the Australian Poker championship last 1997 and still continues to grow year after year. Today, this tournament generates multi-million dollar prize pool that draws the attention of all professional poker players. Last year, approximately 681 poker players join the event that guaranteed a $2million first-place prize pool. More and more loyal players want to take the big shots on the Aussie Millions this year to gain big payouts.

Steward Scott an Australian resident takes home $1,865,724 for winning the first price of last year’s competition. It was also last year that million-dollar buy-in cash was featured and was played by popular names in the poker industry like Tom “Durrr” Dwan and Patrick Antonius.

Speculations about this year‘s event will gather 2,000 poker players from the entire nation to play for the Crown tournament floor over the course of 20-event tournament and 800 players are expected to play for the $10,500 main event .
